NATUROPATHY

Naturopathy is a holistic and preventive approach to health that aims to support the body's natural self-healing abilities while identifying and eliminating the root causes of imbalances, rather than simply masking symptoms. It is based on a comprehensive view of the human being, taking into account the body, mind, and environment. Through natural methods such as nutrition, medicinal plants, aromatherapy, stress management techniques, and education, the naturopath empowers and guides clients toward health autonomy, while inspiring them to make informed choices.

Naturopathy is an essential response in an era where many health imbalances stem from lifestyles that are misaligned with the fundamental needs of our body and mind.

My approach to naturopathy is based on optimizing several fundamental pillars that lead to lasting health and overall balance. It all begins with the proper functioning of our mitochondria—those small energy powerhouses found in every cell—which are essential for energy production and vitality.

I also place great importance on respecting the circadian rhythm, our biological clock, which regulates the body’s natural cycles and plays a key role in our well-being. This pillar alone includes several vital categories for optimizing our health: light, hydration, nutrition, activity choices, movement, sleep, electromagnetism, and oxygenation are all part of it.

The power of thoughts and the mind is another central pillar, as our emotions and beliefs deeply influence our health.

Finally, I take into account the impact of our environment—whether it’s the air we breathe, light exposure, contact with nature, or our human relationships.

By harmonizing these pillars, I guide you toward greater well-being.

By identifying the root of these imbalances, the naturopath works to bring the body back to its optimal state. My background and experiences

From a young age, I have nurtured a deep passion for health and well-being, which initially showed through my interest in nutrition. As a student of natural sciences at Cégep Montmorency, I was originally headed toward a career as a nutritionist. However, my life took a turn when I began a career in competitive ballroom dancing. This discipline, to which I devoted myself wholeheartedly, not only offered me an artistic and physical path but also awakened a love for optimizing human biology.

Through my quest to become faster, recover more efficiently, and outperform my competition, I explored non-traditional paths. This led me to an insatiable thirst for knowledge, fueled by reading numerous books on human performance. I experimented with various approaches: ketogenic, vegetarian, and vegan diets, as well as different training methods and lifestyles, all with the goal of gaining a competitive edge.

THIS DESIRE TO UNDERSTAND THE HUMAN BEING

This desire to understand the human being in all its entirety naturally led me to university studies in kinesiology. While this discipline allowed me to master movement, it did not fully align with my holistic vision of health. After consulting naturopaths myself, I realized that my true passion lies in a comprehensive and integrated approach, where every aspect of the human being is taken into account.

This journey, enriched by my diverse experiences and my constant thirst for learning, has allowed me to develop a unique approach rooted in aligning human biology and respecting the wholeness of each individual. My goal is to inspire and support others to live in harmony with their potential, their body, and their environment.

First consultation – $120 + taxes *includes lifestyle habits analysis and health questionnaire. Please note that the documents must be completed before your first visit.

Follow-up 55 minutes – $100 + taxes
