Booking Policy
The rate is determined based on the chosen activity and the number of participants.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required via Interac e-transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event, either by e-transfer or in cash.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event, via email.
If cancelled within this timeframe, 25% of the deposit is refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
