What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Interac transfer, check and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard).
*For 3-month and 1-year subscriptions, payment is by credit card.
I need to reschedule a class. Is this possible or will I lose my class?
You must cancel your class 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Please note that you must use your classes within the term of your membership.
Can I cancel my membership?
No, you must stick to the original commitment you made. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. We may suspend memberships for medical reasons.
Is it possible to book a class in advance at the same time every week?
You can book your classes in advance; the schedule is normally always open in advance for each sessions.
I'm going on vacation, will I lose my classes?
No, you can restart your lessons before or after your vacation as long as it is within your membership period (ie: 3 month membership, you have 12 weeks to use your lessons).
I don't have any injuries. Can I try a all levels class?
Yes, you just need to reserve your spot on the Vpilates application and arrive 5 minutes early to fill out the medical form.
Can I come and try a class if I have injuries or special physical conditions?
No, we encourage you to contact us so that we can help you to choose the class that is right for you and your condition.
What do I need to bring to the studio?
Everything is provided for the classes. Classes are held barefoot, with socks or non-slip socks.
What are the COVID sanitary measures?
Masks are available for free at reception and must be worn in the studio.You can take them off during the class.
I'd like to take a virtual class. Is that possible?
We offer online classes through a private Facebook group. Online classes are $20+tax per week. There are over 150 classes registered and 4 new classes added each week.
