This high-intensity class is a fusion of Pilates, fitness, and cardio on the Reformer. The elevated pace helps strengthen and tone the entire body while boosting muscular endurance.
Due to the fast rhythm of the session, fewer personalized corrections will be provided. If you're looking for more technical guidance, we recommend attending our "All Levels" or "Intermediate" classes. This class is not suitable for individuals with injuries, as the fast pace allows for fewer exercise modifications compared to "All Levels" classes.
