VPilates Barre & Étirement offers different types of barre fitness classes, bootybarre® method

All our barre fitness classes follow the bootybarre method and respect the basic Pilates principles: centering, breath, control, precision and fluidity. Our barre instructors are all certified, dynamic and constantly learn through workshops and trainings. Our classes are small (10 maximum) to provide a more personalized service.

Bootybarre Plus®

This is a fun, high energy fusion class, combining Pilates, Dance and Yoga with Cardio Intervals at the barre. A well-structured, easy-to-follow class, choreographed seamlessly together will have you work your entire body for total muscular balance. bootybarre PLUS is low impact and the workout is performed to the beat of the music, burns lots of calories while keeping a perfect flow.

Bootybarre flex & flow ®

This fusion class is based on the Pilates principles with movements inspired from exercises on the reformer and trapeze table (cadillac). The class is performed to the beat of the music utilizing a band for resistance and strength training for a total body sculpting. Unlike bootybarre plus there are NO cardio intervals, more time is allowed for flow work at the barre where you will work your core and flexibility.

Bootybarre Platinum®

Bootybarre platinum is specially designed for the older adult. It is a 50-minute class utilizing the barre, light dumbbells and small ball. You will experience a safe, fun, balanced structured class. All the exercises are modifiable to suit your physical condition and are executed to the beat of the music. The workout includes no impact cardio intervals. No previous dance experience needed.

Bootybarre Sculpt®

Take your BootyBarre® class to another level, SCULPT incorporates elastics and cuffs (for feet and arms) attached to the barre for an extra challenge. This takes your Pilates based resistance class to the BARRE. With high energy music to motivate, this class will tone the booty, and all your other parts too!  Stability, balance, strength and flexibility using the resistance of the elastics. No dance or Pilates experience required.
