Pilates on Reformer is a unique machine-based training method made to strengthen and tone the whole body.

As each person is unique, each machine is adapted to your condition, your desire to reduce or increase the challenge.

Each instructor ensures that your expérience is tailored to your goals.

Want to experience Pilates on mat? Pilates on mat is a fun combination of yoga, mediation and gymnastics, with an emphasis breathing. 

The entire body and mind are called upon to regain control.

Improves posture, mobility, flexibility, range of motion and breathing.

The Pilates experience is enhanced by adding accessories like balls, resistance bands, weights, circles and magic rollers.

Want to add some cardio to your Pilates workout?

 

This is where the magic of Pilates and cardio occurs. Who would've thought  that it was possible to jump while lying down? Using the same machine as the Reformer but adapted with a platform, it is now possible to jump in a while lying down and enjoy the benefits of Pilates while adding a touch of cardio.
